Jascha Nemtsov recorded a new CD with 24 Preludes by Dmitri Shostakovich (1933) and 24 Preludes by Vsevolod Zaderatsky (1934). The CD was released in April of 2009. On January 15th Jascha Nemtsov's CD "Aphorisms" with piano works by Mieczyslaw Weinberg ("Children's Notebooks"), Sarah Nemtsov ("Twenty Sketches"), and Dmitri Shostakovich ("Aphorisms") was released. In February Jascha Nemtsov recorded together with the singer Verena Rein a CD with songs by Arthur Lourié, Vsevolod Zaderatsky and Dmitri Shostakovich.
